How It Works

MyREOOffice.com is a subscription-based service. You pay a monthly fee based on how many "blocks" of properties you purchase. Our pricing schedule is flexible enough to meet the needs of an agent just breaking into the business as well as those of an established REO office. Manage your REO office for about 65 cents per property per month. It's simple and affordable, no matter how many properties you handle. 

Just determine roughly how many properties you have, select the number of blocks you need, and order. If your needs change the following week or month, simply add to or subtract from your package. If you add or subtract one or more blocks during the middle of the monthly billing cycle, we will pro-rate your bill. Keep costs down by paying only for what you need. And know what you're paying for upfront, so there are no surprises when you see your bill.

MyREOOffice.com makes it easy for you to keep your property numbers down. You can quickly see which properties have closed and either delete or Archive them, keeping your monthly fee to a minimum. Archiving is a free service. It allows you to keep your properties in the system for reference only. Before deleting a property, you can print or download the property information, photos, and documents.

Common Questions

What happens to the cost when new features are added?
We will continue to add REO-specific tools to the Basic Office Management package and offer the program for the same low price. 
 
How easy is it to transfer my data to MyREOOffice.com?
Entering data is simple and intuitive. Just follow the 5-Steps to Data Entry that are provided during set-up, and you'll be up and running. Let us know if you need help with data entry. We can do the work for you at no extra charge. 
 
Can I transfer my data from MyREOOffice.com to my accounting software?
You can transfer property information and reports to Excel. From Excel, you can save your data to a .csv (Comma Separated Value) format. If your accounting software allows you to upload .csv format files, you can transfer the information to your accounting software by following the directions the software provides.
 
What happens if I want to switch providers?
You can download your property data at any time. Your credit card is charged on the first of each month. You pay only for one month's service at a time (except when you first sign on or add new blocks--you pay up through the end of the month plus the first full month). If you decide to leave us, simply close your account.
