MyREOOffice.com is a prepaid subscription-based service. Pay a monthly or yearly fee based on how many "blocks" of properties you need. It's simple and affordable, no matter how many properties you handle.

**Billing cycle begins at the end of the 14-day trial. If switching from a monthly subscription, billing cycle begins at the end of your current month's billing cycle. No credits or refunds are issued for yearly subscriptions that are canceled or reduced to monthly subscriptions before the end of their billing cycle. Credits will only be issued for clients who benefit from the Incentives program.

Please call us. We will work with you to determine a manageable price point based on your business type and on how you plan to use the system. Pricing may stay at the 15-Block level.

  • Charges are determined by how many blocks you have at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.
  • No credits are given to accounts that are canceled or that remove blocks before the end of their billing cycle.

Pay by the Year

  • If you store more than 40 active properties, save big by signing up for Basic Office Management 300.
  • Billing cycle begins at the end of your free 14-day trial. For clients switching from the monthly to the yearly subscription, billing cycle begins at the end of your current month's billing cycle.
  • If you need to add more blocks during the course of your subscription, please call us.
  • If you remove blocks or cancel your account at anytime during the yearly billing cycle, MyREOOffice.com will not issue credits or refunds.

 

Commonly Asked Questions

How easy is it to transfer my data to MyREOOffice.com?
Entering data is simple and intuitive. Just follow the 5 Steps to Data Entry that are provided during set-up, and you'll be up and running. Let us know if you need help with data entry. We can do the work for you at no extra charge.  

Can I transfer my data from MyREOOffice.com to my accounting software?
You can transfer property information and reports to Excel. From Excel, you can save your data to a .csv (Comma Separated Value) format. If your accounting software allows you to upload .csv format files, you can transfer the information to your accounting software by following the directions the software provides. 

What happens if I want to switch providers?
You can download your property data at any time. If you decide to leave us, simply close your account by going to Settings, Manage Subscription, Cancel Account. No credits or refunds are given to accounts that cancel before the end of their billing cycle.
