All we wanted was a weekend off . . .
Working in a busy REO office, we looked high and low for an online program to meet all of our office management needs, integrating property tracking, document storage, work orders, and invoicing. We wanted minimal data entry, and we didn’t want our e-mail inboxes flooded with reminders. Manipulating fields in other online programs was getting old, so we decided to create our own online database. We combined 25 years worth of real estate and office management experience, designed a database, and then partnered with some top-notch developers and programmers to create a state-of-the art product. It’s REO specific, flexible (because we all know every bank and asset management company operates differently), fun to use, extremely helpful, and screaming fast.
Now, we still don’t have every weekend off, but we do have a shorter work week, a lot less stress, and a lot of confidence that we’ll close on time, every time.
